Thu, 13 March 2008 Hey guys! Oh m'gosh, have we become one of the podcasts that I can't stand...when they stop recording and just never bother to update their site and let me, I mean, folks, know where they went, whuzzup, are they coming back etc etc etc.?? Well, this is what happened.... we hate BB9. No, hate is strong word and one we don't "prefer" to use. We watched the very first episode, peeked once or twice during American Idol commercials and never went back. I was torn whether to put a podcast episode out and diss the show and give our opinions and what not but decided not to cuz I know alot of you guys are watching it and enjoying it. We don't want to tinkle on anybody's party. There were a few problems with the winter edition of BB9. One of the big ones is timing. Summer is perfect to kick back and spend inordinate amounts of time following our houseguests via boards, live feeds, 3 shows/week, podcasts, HouseCalls, and recently BBAD. Its just a very different time of year during the school year. Kids in school, I'm in school and getting my ass kicked by projects etc etc. I'm singing to the choir cuz you guys know what I mean. Besides all that, its actually a really good tv season, LOST, AI, Survivor. I'm digging on Dexter now thats its on network tv. Too much good tv to catch yet still too much homework to crank out! The other issue with BB9 is the....lap dance thing we saw on video (thanks DumbScreen!). It pushed us over that edge where you don't come back. You know what I'm feeling right now...? I'm feeling a podcast episode coming on! :-) The more I flap my trap the more I miss you guys. Thx to everybody that sent us messages and comments Tony Chen! Snancy! Jenn! DB! My niece Jessi! Babe is booked this weekend but I'll see what we can toss together and say hi to y'alls. Bring on the hate podcast. I think we all hate these freaking HG. I know I would thoroughly enjoy a podcast of hate. Here is something you could easily spend 30 minutes (or days) trying to figure out... find one positive thing to say about each HG (I don\'t think it can be done but hey, it\'s a challenge at least) LOL...

I know, we lamed out. Babe went away for spring break and the Big Brutha Luva "studio" has been draped in drop cloths for a week and half now undergoing a massive paint job. All of the podcast gear is buried under there somewheres. Of course, I first salvaged the iMac though...

I miss you guys...I do not care what you talk about just come back soon! We have been challenged with time too and have not recorded a SER episode in weeks. I like this season of BB but I wouldn't mind hearing ya'll hate on it. Whether you come back or not, take care and know that your listeners miss you!
